Poems to Ponder: The inspirational poetry of Ronda F. Sharpe and Poems to Ponder II: The Inspiration Continues are beautifully constructed paperback books with semi-glossy covers with perfect binding. There are are over 30 inspirational poems in the first book which is about 100 pages and 44 inspirational poems in the second book which is 162 pages. The poetry in both books are presented in three styles: rhyme and rhythm, free-verse and Haiku. While the books are small in length, they are large in content. (Both available in audio book form for your listening pleasure!)

There is a scriptural reference section listed in the back of both books in case some readers would like to read the "actual" biblical text which inspired the author to write specific poems.  Scriptural references can be used to aid in the extraction and understanding of the messages carried in the poems.  There is also a section called "Scriptures that inspire me" which gives a few scriptures that Ms. Sharpe finds personally helpful in dealing with the vicissitudes of life.

Both Poems to Ponder books are easy-to-read, coffee-table classics with poems which will warm your heart, lift your spirit, and make you think. From the beautiful, covers of each book to the last poem, you won’t be able to put the books down.  Be inspired and enjoy!

**For those of you who like spoken word poetry, check out the poems "Just Because I'm Single," "Fear" and "Pregnant With Purpose." Some music, catchy beats and a little singing have been added, giving these poems a spoken word flavor (download at www.cdbaby.com.)
